Canopy USA is now positioned to consolidate operations across its three business units – Wana, Jetty, and Acreage – realizing synergies, cost savings, and supporting growth in state-legal markets across the U.S.
Through coverage of key market segments including flower via Superflux, vape and concentrates via Jetty, edibles and beverages via Wana, and retail through The Botanist, Canopy USA is well positioned to accelerate growth with an emphasis on the Midwestern and Northeastern U.S. markets
SUMMARY
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving sales by compliantly promoting our products through various channels and sales functions. This position will work closely with our Wholesale Sales and Marketing departments to help achieve our business objectives including communicating the value of our brands to customers, tracking, and reporting customer feedback, professionally representing the brand at launches and events, and assisting our sales teams with key sales tasks.
Travel Required: Majority of the time, 80% or greater
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Embraces and effectively communicates Acreage NJ CCF’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Help maintain a positive image of the Acreage NJ CCF brand(s).
- Collaborates with the Wholesale Sales and Marketing teams to help develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Educates customers, retailers, and distributors about our products and champions our online training platform.
- Tracks marketing material supplies and notifies the Wholesale Sales team of current inventory levels and future orders.
- Participates in trade shows and other industry-related event attendance, where support may be required.
- Assists the Wholesale Sales Manager and Coordinators with building rapport with customers and vendors.
- Monitors customer feedback and potential escalating issues and/or complaints on customer service.
- Tracks customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
- Represents the company in full compliance with both state and company policies and regulations, at grand openings, product launches, and events.
- Brainstorms ideas and participates in training and workshops.
- Works closely with the Wholesale Sales team to help update dispensary profiles and sales operation data entry.
- Other duties as assigned by the Wholesale Sales Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry – hospitality and retail backgrounds - preferred
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience required

Additional Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass state mandated background check(s)
Computers and Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to learn, navigate and accurately utilize the company’s seed-to-sale tracking software (where applicable).
SCHEDULE
Daily schedule is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday with flexibility as required to meet business needs. This schedule is subject to change.

Environment involves frequent standing, sitting, and walking. Daily administrative tasks require frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination for accurate typing, paperwork, and other tasks. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
