Job Description

Are you a talented RI licensed attorney interested in meaningful work helping people and in building a successful practice? Are you interested in having your own caseload and opportunities to be rewarded for your victories?

In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn personal injury law and sharpen your trial advocacy skills. You start on a base salary, working towards a commission (no billable hours) system as you learn our system and build your caseload at your speed. Your total compensation will yield the average attorney $145,000.00 to $175,000.00 or more in second full year earnings. You have the full support of our trained legal assistants and resources so you are not burdened with non-attorney work such as intakes, etc.
