The Associate has an integral role at The Boulos Company, assisting Senior Brokers with the sales and leasing of all types of Commercial Real Estate. Responsibilities
- Assist in development and presentation of client market surveys and proposals
- Administer and oversee a marketing program for current listings
- Coordinate due diligence efforts for pending sales and leases
- Tour properties with prospective clients
- Provide research for the company’s annual Market Outlook
- Networking and prospecting, including potential buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords
- Develop appropriate mailing lists and targeted marketing strategies for listed properties
- Work closely with the Operations Team to coordinate the marketing program for listings
- Other duties as assigned by management
Experience
The successful candidate will have at least five (5) years of professional experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. The candidate must obtain a Maine Real Estate Sales Agent license within six (6) months from the date of hire. Previous experience in commercial real estate and / or business to business sales preferred. While the position is based in our Portland office, regular travel will be required throughout the State of Maine, and reliable transportation is a must.
