Responsibilities

- Analyze customer inquiries and provide assiantance solving customer issues.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for customers.
- Assist with payment transactions as needed while ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company insurance carriers and offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- profecient in using a CRM software for tracking customer interactions and managing data.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Insurance Producer License in the state of Alabama a plus but not required.
