Head of Spa and Wellness
We’re partnering with a global ultra-luxury fragrance leader to find a Head of Spa and Wellness. This newly created position will lead the development of a groundbreaking global Aroma Spa concept. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of spa excellence at the intersection of refinement, rarity, and innovation.
Position
- Develop and implement global spa standards aligned with the brand's ultra-luxury ethos.
- Lead market analysis and expansion strategy for international spa locations.
- Oversee launch and quality assurance of spa operations across multiple regions including US, Asia, EU.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure best-in-class guest experiences.
Leadership and Culture
- Drive a guest-centric culture rooted in refinement, elegance, and excellence.
- Mentor and develop spa leadership teams, fostering continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver a seamless luxury experience.
- Partner cross-functionally to maintain the brand's high-performance standards.

- Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in spa leadership and global wellness program development.
- Background in an award-winning luxury spa, preferably within a luxury hotel setting, is required
- Proven ability to implement high-end spa standards across diverse markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field; master’s preferred.
- Compensation: $120K-$130K
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
