Product Development Associate – Luxury Home Fragrance
Edison, NJ | Full-Time, Onsite
Position
- Develop and bring to market premium home fragrance products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and brand alignment.
- Partner closely with the in-house fragrance designer to translate fragrance formulations into finished products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, packaging, and production teams to oversee product timelines and execution.
- Report to senior leadership in product development, contributing fragrance expertise within a larger portfolio of luxury home and lifestyle brands.
- Manage project workflows, supplier relationships, and packaging development (packaging experience is a plus but not required).
