Calling all beauty educators & trainers! A luxury, clean beauty brand is looking for a Wholesale Field Trainer to inspire and educate retail teams across key markets. If you have a passion for product knowledge, artistry, and sales training , this role is for you!
What You’ll Do :
Deliver engaging in-store & virtual training for retail teams and beauty consultants
Serve as a brand ambassador , sharing the story & philosophy behind luxury beauty products
Keep content fresh with industry insights & new product innovations
Train teams to upsell, cross-sell & enhance customer experiences
Work cross-functionally with Wholesale, Marketing, and Product Development teams
What We’re Looking For :
- 3-5 years in the beauty / cosmetics industry ( 2 years in training preferred )
- A dynamic, engaging presenter who can inspire & educate teams
- Experience with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams, e-learning platforms)
- A passion for clean beauty, sales strategy & customer engagement
East Coast-Based (Hybrid Role) 70% Travel Requirements.
