Main Responsibilities:
- Determine testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviewing all estimates for repair.
- Perform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations, and analysis.
- Perform wiring repairs.
- Advise shop of needed repairs.
- Keep inventory of stock, communicating with support staff for needed orders and verifying order receipts.
- Collections signature or payment for work performed.
- Deliver completed invoices and payments to the office in an orderly manner.
- Collaborate with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule/complete jobs.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of OE scan tools.
- Ability to learn new tools as needed.
- Knowledge of wiring repair procedures.
- Ability to service A/C systems.
- Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade.
- Willing and able to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, etc.
- Must possess a high school degree or GED equivalent.
- 4-10 years related service technician experience required.
