Job Description:
The Estimator's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Document customer interactions and update information efficiently and accurately.
- Provide customers with timely and accurate information, guiding them through the repair process.
- Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
- Communicate customer requests and needs to team members.
- Provide positive energy when greeting customers.
- Understand insurance programs and procedures.
- Participate in daily production walks and support team members as needed.
- Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
- Uphold company Core Values: Honesty, Integrity, and Respect.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Awareness of where to find answers.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
- Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
- Valid Driver's License.

Compensation Details:
COMMISSION: Commissions are calculated based on location, revenue metrics, sales, and individual performance.
Estimated $60,000 - 110,000/Year
