Job Description
The Porter is a key role within our organization, responsible for complementing quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the WOW plan consistently to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
- Ensure daily housekeeping of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment.
- Keep parking lots and grounds tidy, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
- Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
- Exterior and interior clean-up of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to multitask.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Clear close vision required.
- 18 years or older.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail.
