Structural Damage Repairer
The Boyd Group is seeking a skilled Structural Damage Repairer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing structural damage to vehicles, including realigning car chassis and frames.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize repairs based on customer needs and urgency.
- Implement the WOW plan consistently, ensuring quality and efficiency in every repair.
- Collaborate with other repairers to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure correct execution and meet quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Succesful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer is preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to collaborate with other repairers in an auto body shop.
- In-depth understanding of methods and procedures for repairing vehicle structures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tool usage required for the trade.
