- Develop and implement repair plans to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Education and/or Experience Required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer is highly recommended.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Thorough understanding of automotive repair principles and practices.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- The ability to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
- The ability to visually inspect vehicle damage in various weather conditions.
- The ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
