Essential Responsibilities:
- Cleaning residents’ apartments: mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms according to the cleaning schedule.
- Laundry assistance when needed.
- Restocking supplies.
- Report concerns with residents to the manager
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Residential cleaning experience preferred.
- Be able to lift, bend, kneel and walk during the whole shift.
- High school diploma or GED.
- The capacity to work as a team.
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- The ability to arrive on time for every shift.
- Reliable transportation is required.
