Since 1905, The Bradley Center has continually served children and families in need. Today, the residential treatment facility provides 24 hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children who have a history of trauma and who may present with a wide range of challenges.
We are seeking a Admissions Case Manager to provide quality therapeutic care management services for children and their families as part of a residential treatment team.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Completes all necessary documentation (intake summaries/assessments) in a timely manner
- Obtains & forwards all information to internal departments in a timely manner
- Communicates with families and external sources effectively and in a professional demeanor
- Provides coverage and assistance as needed to the Case Management Department as needed (scheduling meetings, completing family tours, required paperwork, etc.)
- Organization and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling or other related field
- Minimum of one year experience working in a human services field (CASSP system-related field preferred)
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
