PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To ensure that guests receive clean and spotless china, silverware and glassware. To provide the cooks, bussers, bartenders and servers with support and assistance. To keep all areas clean, dry and safe for other workers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (This list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)
- Operate al kitchen equipment.
- Wash dishes, glassware, etc., by hand when necessary.
- Restock all supplies
- Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water.
- Stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner.
- Remove all trash and debris from restaurant routinely.
- Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned.
