Position Summary:
NeuroTechnicians are responsible for administering EEG’s & MeRT treatment to patients. This position is vital to our clinic and patients and allows for one on one interaction with our patients, the VIP’s of our clinic!
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Administering MRT treatment to patients.
- Administering EEG recording to patients.
- Utilizing EMR software, documenting and tracking patient progress.
- Exercising proper care and maintenance of coil and MRT machines.
- Providing proper care and maintenance of EEG caps.
- Providing excellent patient service and care by ensuring patients wait no longer than 10
minutes after arrival at the clinic for their scheduled treatment to begin.
- Ensuring MRT and EEG treatment rooms are prepped before patient’s arrival.
- Ensuring all coils are kept within operational temperature ranges at all times.
- Providing appropriate and educated responses to patients and families questions or concerns
regarding treatment.
- Updating EEG cap board when any issues arise.
- Providing additional ad hoc support to the clinic on an as needed basis
Position Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator is the first contact a new or returning patient has with our clinic and is
vital to the organization. They provide outstanding customer service to our internal & external
customers, while keeping the schedule/appts running smoothly. Performs tasks in compliance with company policies & procedures. Performs complex administrative tasks in support of the Clinic.
Schedules complex appointment schedules for patients and families. Retrieves & files complex
medical records and EEG reports for routine requests and storage following patient appointment.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Greets and directs all clients upon entering facility, explains paperwork, patient’s rights,
consent forms
- Handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties such as filing, faxing and
scanning
- Creates schedules according to protocol
- Retrieves patient charts & EEG reports for Clinicians at the beginning and end of each day
- Accurately edits patients schedule if changes need to be made
- Arranges patient and neuro-technician/clinician schedules for treatment procedures
- Structure, organize and maintain patient records to ensure confidentiality and expedite
retrieval
- Inputs data entry into MeRT software
- E-mails EEG Department of upcoming EEG appointments for the day
- Stocks and refills snack tray and drinks

Pay: $17.00 per hour
