What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Operations Manager position at The Brand Amp?

The Brand Amp is an integrated marketing agency, offering Public Relations, Social Media, Content Production, Influencer Marketing and Event Marketing services.

This position works under, and in ongoing collaboration with one of our co-founders and our team of shooters, producers and editors to ensure the ongoing operational management of the TBA Content Department.
Responsibilities include:
- Project tracking and staff oversight
- Developing project budget quotes, scope of work proposals and agreements
- Allocation of staff assignments across creative leads, shooters, editors and producers
- Oversight of resource procurement, including purchase and/or rental of equipment and technology, as well as third-party vendor support
- Maintaining project tracking and staff assignment schedule
- Oversight/management of content department financials, including master ledger/budget, etc.
- Ongoing tracking of accounts payables and receivables in collaboration with TBA finance department
- Facilitation of all client project agreements and vendor agreements
- Annual content department employee reviews
- Facilitate weekly departmental meeting
- Participates in biweekly agency lead meetings
Skills and experience desired:
- 5-8 years of experience in the production or content department management
- Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written presentation abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite applications

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
