Our fast growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Compensation :
60,000 - $180,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Service clients all over San Diego and / or Riverside Counties
- Provide world-class customer service to all clients
- Consistently prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to understand clients’ needs and wants with their next sale and / or purchase
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about the market, properties, and communities
- Connect clients with resources that will help them achieve their real estate goals
- Contribute to the Team’s culture by showing up, sharing knowledge, asking questions, and supporting team members in achieving their goals

- Tech savvy
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Great communication and social skills
- Self-motivation and drive
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a tenacious drive
- Eagerness to learn and share knowledge
- Ability to adapt (very crucial in the real estate industry)
