Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap.
- Follow The Brass Tap steps of service for taking and serving orders.
- Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items.
- Present guest check and take payment.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
- Keep station and service areas clean and organized.
- Complete duties without constant supervision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in POS systems, including Toast
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in fine dining and culinary settings is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and payments
