The Hourly Manager plays a key role in bringing our vision to life, ensuring top-notch guest experiences at our centers. This active role involves coordinating staff, problem-solving on the go, and taking charge when the General Manager is absent.
Key Responsibilities :
Center Revenue Management : Assist in developing and monitoring financial plans / budgets to meet financial goals, including boosting food & beverage sales. Work with the General Manager to control labor costs and other expenses.
Operational Leadership : Partner with the General Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, planning, organizing, and effective team communication.
Team Development : Recruit, train, and support staff. Provide coaching for leadership development, and address HR or loss prevention issues.
Performance Review : Oversee multiple departments, conduct regular management meetings, and review financial performance with the General Manager to adjust action plans as needed.
Guest Satisfaction : Ensure guest service goals are met, resolve complaints, and guarantee complete guest satisfaction.
Food & Beverage Sales : Manage and expand the centers Food & Beverage program, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction. Provide training and supervision to maintain consistent execution of corporate initiatives.
Flexibility : Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
Desired Skills :
4 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical / decision -making skills
Strong team player and exceptional at developing people
Proficient in customer service
Knowledge of POS register systems
Solid communication skills
