Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator/Office Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and payroll as well as supporting general Office Administration. You will play a key role in employee documentation and payroll, benefits administration, and talent management while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR software systems and policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee data collection and maintain accurate records in HR systems.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Assist company managers in talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Support conflict management initiatives by facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Collaborate with leadership on organization design to enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Workday, SAP, UltiPro, or Dayforce.
- Strong data collection and analytical skills to manage employee information effectively.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes and best practices.
