Job Functions :
- Create, develop and execute test plan protocols, test cases, and automated test scripts using ABB DCS graphical programming interface, Process Engineering Flow Scheme (PEFS) and Piping and Instrument Diagram (P&ID)
- Apply software testing methodologies like Compatibility Testing, Regression Testing and tools like Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Command Prompt (CMD.exe), TeamViewer, Task Manager, Check Disk (CHKDSK) and best practices to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic utilities, remote desktop tools, and knowledge of operating systems and software applications
- Assist to develop software and troubleshoot applications like Production Database (PDB), Microsoft Dynamics NAV, O365 and Jet Reports applying updates, patches or configuration changes with use of database management systems like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Server
- Use system logs, PowerShell, CMD, debugging utilities and remote diagnostic tools like Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve software issues
