We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and highly adaptable individual to join our team as a Supervisor in our Pro Shop. In this role, you will work closely with the store manager to maintain a positive environment that provides efficient and friendly service, ensuring a Signature Experience for both our guests and team members. The ideal candidate will have prior retail and/or golf knowledge, as well as supervisory experience. Excellent customer service skills are a must, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required. This is a full-time position in which you will assist our guests and support the team in the Sports Pro Shop.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail and/or golf knowledge preferred
- Experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the Pro Shop
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience
- Supervise and motivate the Pro Shop team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized Pro Shop environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize service and efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and products to provide knowledgeable assistance to guests
