Technician II - HVAC Off Property

The Technician II - Off Property Refrigeration/HVAC is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in off-premises buildings, including residential properties. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC/R systems and components, strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and have proficiency in using hand and power tools along with diagnostic equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or license in HVAC/R.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
