The Racquet & Tennis Club Maintenance Technician is responsible for the care and upkeep of a world class racquet facility, including har-tru and hard court tennis surfaces, pickleball and padel courts. Capability to work outside for most of the day. Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping or a related field is beneficial.

The Racquet & Tennis Club Maintenance Technician is responsible for the care and upkeep of a world class racquet facility, including har-tru and hard court tennis surfaces, pickleball and padel courts. Capability to work outside for most of the day. Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping or a related field is beneficial.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the care and maintenance of tennis and other racquet sport court surfaces is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in an outdoor environment for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on tennis and other racquet sport court surfaces.
- Perform upkeep tasks such as cleaning, painting, and general repairs around the facility including sweeping, watering and brushing the har-tru lines 3 times daily. Repair irrigation, replace clay court material, maintain windscreens, weeds, maintain trash and towel control and general upkeep.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery used in maintaining the racquet facility.
- Assist in setting up and tearing down courts for various events and tournaments.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including but not limited to overseeing towel laundry delivery and pick up and restocking comfort stations throughout the day.
