Job Summary :
The Cyber Security Manager will lead the Cyber Security efforts including management of the team members as well as develop, implement, and maintain security measures to protect the organization's computer systems, networks, and data. This role involves managing security operations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations including PCI. This position is responsible for mitigation of system vulnerability and found threats. The Cyber Security Manager will also conduct security awareness and any related trainings.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security breaches and cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Identify and investigate security incidents, providing timely response and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enforce security best practices.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Stay current with the latest security technologies, trends, and industry standards.
- Conduct employee training and awareness programs on security best practices.
- Participate in incident response and forensic investigations when required.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to support incident response efforts.
