Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Grounds Foreman to oversee our grounds maintenance team. The Grounds Foreman will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the maintenance of outdoor grounds, including landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation systems. This individual will ensure that all grounds are well-maintained and present a positive image to our member, guests and visitors.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in landscaping or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscaping materials
- Ability to operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
