Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician III to join our team. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge in the repair and maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems and equipment, as well as all types of HVAC systems and equipment, or advanced knowledge of plumbing systems, devices, and commercial and residential equipment. They will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of refrigeration systems.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in refrigeration repair and maintenance
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- EPA Certification strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, and / or plumbing systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
