The Administrative Assistant - Audio Visual will provide support to the Director of Audio Visual and act as the main point of contact for Audio Visual team member relations. In this role, they will assist with team member services such as payroll, benefits, uniforms, vacation pay, and community service hours. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will support operations management with various administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary liaison for Audio Visual team member relations.
- Support Operations Management within Sales Management.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in written English.
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
