Job Summary : The Design Studio Sales Coordinator is responsible for contacting clients, creating proposals, and maintaining communication with national sales, conference sales, and event sales teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role works closely with the operations team and other departments to provide necessary information for successful event execution.Responsibilities : - Contact and establish relationships with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.- Create and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring alignment with their objectives.- Collaborate with national sales, conference sales, and event sales teams to gather and relay necessary group information for seamless event planning and execution.- Maintain regular and timely communication with various internal teams to ensure the Design Studio operational team has all the required information and resources for successful event management.- Coordinate with the operations team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective delivery of design services to clients.- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design techniques to provide innovative solutions to clients.Qualifications : - Previous experience in sales administration, in a design-related field, preferred but not required- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with event planners or in the events industry.- Familiarity with design project management tools and software.- Customer-focused mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional service.- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create unique design solutions.
