The Breakroom in Shingle Springs is hiring for a badass sous chef! We are looking for someone who can take the heat - literally. It takes a badass to do what this industry does day in and day out. Expectations and job duties include:
- Runs the hot line during meal periods and gets the team through rushes.
- Produces high-quality plates, considering both presentation, quality and taste.
- Helps oversee and supervise the kitchen staff.
- Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management.
- Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
- Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment.
- Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen’s performance.
