The Breakroom in Shingle Springs is looking for a part-time badass bartender/server to join our team! Starting out with a few shifts with room to grow. Our ideal candidate is creative, quick on their feet, able to multi-task and works well with a team as well as individually. We are a small company and love to have fun. It is important to us to have a team that respects each other, works well together and can laugh together! Whether we are in the weeds or having a chill Sunday shift, we always maintain those values.
This position will require bartending and serving. Some shifts will be in the bar as well as taking tables in the restaurant. MUST be able to work Sundays.

Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Take orders, run food cash out tables and bar patrons
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender and server
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
