General Manager

The Breakwater Inn and Spa seeks a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead and elevate operations of their 35 room hotel, restaurant, and spa. The ideal candidate must be willing to participate in daily duties and support all operational departments as needed. The Breakwater Inn and Spa offers a curated guest experience with thoughtful amenities that will shine with your leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain an engaged, well trained, and efficient staff

· Oversee, streamline, and support day to day property operations

· Champion cleanliness, hospitality, and guest service

· Manage hotel positioning in comp set and marketing / sales strategies to drive growth

· Maintain all furniture, fixtures, and equipment in good working order with regularly scheduled PMs and inspections

· Source, negotiate, and triage CAPEX purchases

· Participate in planning and execution of F&B operations for restaurant and private events

· Maintain all property areas and systems including FOH, BOH, and grounds

· Take ownership of all aspects of guest and staff experience
