club environment, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group pickleball lessons, ensuring that all participants receive personalized attention and instruction.
- Develop and implement engaging training programs that cater to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
- Organize and facilitate pickleball clinics, tournaments, and social events to enhance member engagement.
- Conduct practice sessions for club team members and attend home league matches to provide feedback to match participants. Assist team captains with roster and lineup issues.
- Maintain a safe and clean playing environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
Provide feedback and encouragement to players, helping them improve their skills and confidence on the court.

Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching and coaching racket sports.
- Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Professional competitive experience in Pickleball is required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage individuals of all ages.
- A passion for health and fitness, with an understanding of how physical activity contributes to overall well-being.
- RSPA, PPR, PCI, or IPTPA Pickleball Certification required.
Compensastion: $1,000 per week for 21 weeks. Keep 100% of lesson revenue. Minimum guarantees included.
Work Season: May 1 - September 20
Hours: 30 per week
