Busy wedding catering hall, The Briarcliff Manor, is looking for a professional to fill our Banquet Manager and Matre D' position.

10 years of Banquet Experience
10 years of Management Experience
5 Years of Sales Experience
The right candidate will work the floor, lead the team in set up, run the event, breakdown, and reset.
The Banquet Manager Maitre D is responsible for coordinating and managing all event operations, Hospitality and communication skills are necessary and required. The MaitreD is ultimately responsible for managing all aspects of the front door, guest arrival, seating and departure, host training, and operational procedures. The Maitred will ensure that our staff deliver attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout. We're looking for a hands on professional who leads by example, and has their finger on the pulse.
This person will also do sales tours and event coordination.
The Maitre'd will communicate regularly with key vendors contacts, and other industry support.
This role requires Weekends and Evenings, along with office days
