This role supports sales functions at The Brickle Group, a diverse textile manufacturer. Responsibilities include sales support, data management, business development, and customer relationship management. The associate will work closely with sales, engineering, and other departments to develop and close sales opportunities.
- Sales Support : This includes lead generation, market research, and customer presentations, which are crucial for driving sales and understanding market needs.
- Market Research : Conducting in-depth research to identify trends and assess competition helps in strategic planning and staying ahead in the market.
- Demonstrating Product Value : Utilize the sample process to achieve the ultimate goal of effectively demonstrating the value of the products to potential customers, which can drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Sales Sample Collaboration with Production : Ensuring that samples are produced accurately and on time is crucial. This involves close coordination with the production team to meet quality and timeline requirements.
- Sales Sample Coordination with Customer Service : Working with Customer Service to manage the labeling, storage, inventory control, packaging, and availability of samples ensures that they are ready for distribution when needed. This helps in maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Trade Show Management : Plan and design booths for specific shows. Planning and managing trade shows is essential for brand visibility and networking. This includes everything from booking the shows with industry associations to execution on the goals.
- Pre-show Activities : Planning and designing booths, ensuring booth readiness, contacting customers pre-show, preparing samples and demonstrations, and managing leads are vital for maximizing trade show effectiveness.
- Representation at Events : Representing the company at events helps in building brand awareness and generating leads.
- Sales Support Information Flow : Facilitating information flow to the marketing firm ensures that marketing strategies are aligned with sales goals and provides the support they need to achieve their marketing goals.
- Software and Technology Management : Managing tools like AI applications, Salesforce CRM and WordPress is important for efficient sales and marketing operations.
- Salesforce Database Management : Keeping the CRM database updated and extracting value from it helps in tracking leads and opportunities effectively.
- Liaison Role : Acting as a liaison between the off-site sales team and the plant ensures smooth communication and task accomplishment.
