Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - ABA Therapy. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior plans, implementing interventions, and training staff and parents to support behavior goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Pay : $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
