What Youll Do
Lead with Vision :
Oversee and evolve counseling and case management services to address client needs.Develop groundbreaking programs that change lives.Partner with leadership to define strategies and policies that ensure organizational success.Inspire and Empower :
Mentor and supervise a team of exceptional counselors and case managers.Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and positivity.Champion staff development through hands-on training and support.Deliver Excellence :
Provide therapy services, including individual, group, and family counseling as needed.Maintain compliance with client records and payment processes.Lead quality assurance initiatives to uphold CARF accreditation standards.Be a Community Connector :
Represent the agency in partnerships and community outreach efforts.Keep teams informed of local resources to empower clients.Who You Are
Education & Experience :
Licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)Proven experience supervising clinical staff and managing programs.Skills That Set You Apart :
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.A passion for building relationships and making a difference.Ability to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.Bonus Points :
