Lead with Vision:
- Oversee and evolve counseling and case management services to address client needs.
- Develop groundbreaking programs that change lives.
- Partner with leadership to define strategies and policies that ensure organizational success.

- Lead quality assurance initiatives to uphold CARF accreditation standards.

- Keep teams informed of local resources to empower clients.
Who You Are
Education & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Dual licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP).
- Proven experience supervising clinical staff and managing programs.
