Are you organized, friendly, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a professional and compassionate Receptionist to be the welcoming face of The Bridge. This role is vital in creating a safe, trauma-informed space for clients, families, and visitors, while also providing essential administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, families, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing general information as needed
- Conduct substance use disorder (SUD) screenings as necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and mail
- Manage the evaluation schedule, notify staff, and prepare documentation
- Assemble client information packets and SUD evaluation paperwork
- Collect and verify client insurance information
- Receive and manage deliveries
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field
- Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
- Experience with individuals facing substance use or mental health challenges is preferred
