Request for Information: Mental Health Consultation and Clinical Supervision
The Bridge Behavioral Health is a leading provider of Short-Term Residential treatment services for men living with Substance Use Disorders. Many of our clients also experience co-occurring mental health conditions and receive concurrent care to support their recovery journey.
We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced mental health professional to provide scheduled case consultations and documented clinical supervision for staff members who are working toward dual licensure.
This position will be structured under a Professional Services Agreement with The Bridge and will directly support our mission by guiding provisionally licensed therapists. The focus will be on developing intervention strategies when mental health issues arise in the course of treatment, helping staff determine the best course of action in complex situations.
Ideal candidates will:
- Hold licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Nebraska
- Have experience in case consultation and clinical supervision
- Possess knowledge and understanding of co-occurring disorders and treatment in a male population
- Align with our person-centered, trauma-informed treatment philosophy
