What are the responsibilities and job description for the Three's Teacher - URGENT position at The Bridge Enrichment and Learning Center?
3 Year Old Teacher: We are seeking a nurturing, energetic, and passionate 3-Year-Old Teacher to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively. This position requires a deep understanding of early childhood development, patience, creativity, and strong communication skills. You must have reliable transportation.
Job Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that support developmental milestones for 3-year-olds
- Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Maintain daily routines including circle time, meals, naps, play, and learning activities
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and maintain accurate developmental records
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s day, progress, and needs
- Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance and redirection techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and center policies
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and center events as needed
Hours are approx. from 8:30am - 5:30pm or 8:30am - 6:00pm. Hours may vary. However, we are very flexible.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
