Job description
Would you like to provide support and inspiration to clients by promoting positive goal-directed behaviors and values and help them successfully transition back into their communities?
Tracker will be responsible for contacting clients at nights and on weekends for curfew checks through face-to-face and phone contacts 2 -3 times weekly. Trackers will also work as part of a team in conjunction with the program manager.
Hours of Work: Due to the job responsibilities and the clients being in school, the work hours for the trackers are variable. Travel locally Monday-Sunday, 5:30 p.m.- 9 p.m., with flexible days potentially available. Hours may vary. Company vehicle will be used for travel from office to client homes.
Job Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Conducts drug screens
- Report on clients assigned to caseload with regards to school and/or job attendance
- Work as part of a team and maintain communication with the program manager, staff, probation officers, and community agencies
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and in-service meetings
- Document activities, incidents, and complete all required documentation in the client record.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid Alabama driver’s license and acceptable driving record with proof of personal vehicle insurance
- Effective oral and written communication skills (read, write, speak)
- Effective organizational and time management skills
