What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at The Bridger Group?
Our client is a 30-year-old privately held supplier of fiber cement architectural cladding products serving the US and Canada. This is a great opportunity to get in with a family-oriented company who prides themselves on promoting from within. Industry experience won't be necessary; this individual will be able to train up quickly and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer and vendor activity
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Manage sample distribution for prospects and clients
- Send out sample requests
- Organize and maintain sample inventory
- Order samples when needed
- Assist Sales Coordinators and the Lead Project Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the supply chain process and familiarity with the suppliers and OEMs
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as outstanding written and communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented, skilled at multitasking, and an excellent problem solver
- Passion for team environments and building robust relationships across the organization
- Self starter and a willingness to learn
