Our client is an $80M division of the largest hot water heater manufacturer in the U.S., and because of a retirement, is looking for a Director of Engineering to oversee a team of 20 engineers, designers, and lab technicians in both sustaining their legacy products and bringing new products to market.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the engineering department
- Oversee resources, staffing, and training of engineers, designers, and lab techs
- Develop and execute on-going plan for product cost / functional / quality improvement and value engineering initiatives
