We are actively hiring a full-time Marketing Brand / Content Strategist to join our Grand Rapids, Michigan office. This is not a remote role.
What You'll Do
- Lead the social strategy for recruitment marketing on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Improve brand recognition and reputation, as well as brand building
- Manage marketing strategies including advertising campaigns to effectively drive leads and overall conversions
- Improve the brand's reach to new customers and strengthen the connection to existing customers
- Develop comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies
