Onboarding and Training Specialist
Reporting directly to the President / GM and as a member of the operations team, responsible for planning / executing of all training and onboarding classes for the Bridger Group, all human resources responsibilities (benefits, grievances conflict resolution, etc.) and operational / data support for the Director of Operations. The goal is to optimize our reporting structure and CRM while supporting both the Director of Operations and the CEO. The goal is to strategically position the organization to have the best trained sales organization with the healthiest employee population possible.
Training Responsibilities :
- Training Industry, Recruiting, PCR, Zoom Info, Call Logic, LinkedIn, Marketing, etc.
- Onboarding Orientation, education of policies and procedures
Managing and Overseeing New Employee Training Courses
Operations Team Responsibility (as needed) :
Event Planning (Monthly Reward, Record-Breaking Award, Employee Anniversary, Quarterly Volunteer, and Christmas Party)
