We are working with a growing, $80M manufacturer that is a leader in the custom products space. They are looking for their next Plant Manager for their Apple Creek facility. Responsibilities:
- Oversee a 2-shift operation with 75 employees and 5 direct reports. (Direct Reports include: shift foreman, safety, quality manager, scheduling, costing, etc.).
- Manage production, safety, quality, scheduling, and more.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong lean manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of Kaizen methodology
- Plastic extrusion experience (strongly preferred)
- Bilingual with Spanish/English (preferred)
- Scheduling experience (preferred)
