Job Summary
The Bridger Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Project Manager to lead our sales and operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing projects from sale through manufacture to delivery, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the sales process, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Utilize expertise to provide efficient and effective quoting and estimating services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information on design, scope of work, budgetary constraints, and technical specifications.
- Communicate pricing, prototypes, and drawings to customers for approval, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement processes to improve project management efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Business, or Marketing, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.
- Strong background in the building materials industry, with experience in doors and windows.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
