Key Role Overview
The-bridger-group seeks an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage company projects from sale through manufacture to delivery. This role requires a hybrid candidate with experience managing projects in the window or door space.
Responsibilities:
- Contact assigned accounts as primary point of contact, seeking opportunities to increase revenue;
- Maintain good working relationships with customers;
- Provide quotes/estimates to customers promptly;
- Proactively problem-solve for customers, suggesting solutions based on expertise and experience;
- Cross-sell opportunities to existing customers;
- Field special requests, expedite orders, and follow up on late orders with ETA's;
- SUPPORT SALES EFFORTS TO MAINTAIN CURRENT SALES AND BUILD FUTURE SALES;
- Notify customers when shipments are ready; communicate preferred carriers to shipping departments;
- Address quality complaints and serve as liaison with customer, tracking and communicating results.
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to determine project scope/requirements or changes via the internal Sample Project Form process;
- Add and track sales opportunities in Monday CRM;
- Log, track, and report project status to ensure projects remain on schedule via Monday;
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information on design, budgetary restraints, and technical details;
- Create/update the Sample Project Form, ensuring timely communication of pricing, prototypes, or drawings for approval;
- Manage new product/project processes, including leading New Product Meetings;
- Manage incoming purchase orders, internal special orders, and create Requisitions as needed;
- Manage customer warehouse requirements;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Business, or Marketing and a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience;
- Prior experience in the building materials industry, with knowledge of doors and windows;
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, customer reporting, order entry, and problem resolution;
- Solid business acumen with analytical and communications skills;
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP or other ordering systems;
- Above-average organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize projects;
- Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
